What is the best way to choose the size of my new possum boots?

The best way to choose your size is to look at the US size of most of your shoes or boots and use this. If you are unsure then you should measure your feet and then use our size chart.

If you are a half size, then it is best to size up.

With wide feet there maybe issues getting your feet into the bootleg. Some customers have put a zip into their possum boots which can easily be done by your local cobbler.

Are Keuzi Boots good for flat feet?

Our possum insole is well cushioned with 5mm thickness at the heel and 3mm thickness at the toe providing great arch support. We have heard from many flat-footed customers who feel comfortable in Keuzi footwear.

As an option you could insert your own orthotics; of course this will not include the fur. Some customers have managed to peel the fur away and then simply glue it to their orthotic.

Do Keuzi possum boots stretch much?

Keuzi possum boots are made from high quality leather which does stretch nicely if they are a tight fit.

Do you have possum boots with zips?

Keuzi do not currently provide a zip possum boot option but some customers who have wide feet have put zips into their boots which can easily be done by your local cobbler.

Caring for your footwear

What's the best way to ensure my Keuzi possum boots last?

We would love you to be wearing your Keuzi possum boots forever, but they're designed to be worn and with wear leather begins to show signs of age. Unfortunately, not all stains can be fixed and some like split liquids, oil and even water stains can be extremely difficult to remove. Prior to wearing your boots it is important to spray them with a high quality water proofing spray such as Tarrago Protector. Regular treatment with such a spray should be applied. A leather balm can also be good to apply regularly to keep the leather rejuvenated.

For the treatment of scuffing and marks we recommend sourcing a high-quality rejuvenating polish. To get the correct colour for your boots it is best to go to a local cobbler to find a suitable match.

Store your Keuzi possum boots in a dry ventilated space to let them breathe. Never leave your boots in the direct sun, in the heat or exposed to the elements.

The possum boot insoles are easily removable. These can be washed in warm water and aired.

Purchasing

Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?

Once you have placed your order it goes immediately to our logistics partner. In most cases we are unable to cancel or change your order before it has left the logistics partner.

There is no trouble to exchange or cancel your order once it has been delivered as per our refund and exchange policy.

What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

If you are not home then the parcel may go back to the post office or courier company. They may also leave a note in your mail box. All our orders are track n traced so rest assured your order will arrive. Please email contact@keuzi.com if you don’t know where your order is.

Does Keuzi have retail stores?

Keuzi is a very new business with our first delivery of orders in March 2021. It is certainly in our plans to have our own retail stores in the future.

How do I return my order?

In the first instance email contact@keuzi.com with preferably your order number and email you ordered from so we can track your order.

Please read our refund and exchange policy.

Items must be in new unworn condition with tags on. The box if any must be undamaged with no labels on it. Packaging must be in new condition too.

When will my return be processed?

Please allow for up to 3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed from day of receipt. Our logistics partner does an inspection of the returned order checking that the product and packaging is in new condition. Please ensure the purchase is new condition, with tags on, no damage or labels on the box and all packaging intact.
